It doesn't support call recording with Oreo update. I want to call recording option on next update most likely A7(2017).

Ask customer care service representative to give it in written that its software problem on official paper with stamp and sign on it.. Believe me they will not do it. You have to fight for it.. They will keep denying it till the warranty is over. So keep all complain receipts and numbers with you safe.
