It's like a S6 with a larger, 1080p didplay, metal unibody and a SD615. Really looks appealing....might take this over a S6.

Why snapdragon 615? Why not the exynos 5430 like galaxy alpha and the LTE version of A7.

Note 3 has S-pen and 3GB of RAM. Note 3 is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 but this one is Corning Gorilla Glass 4. What almost same specs are you talking about? Are you dreaming?

If not you can wait for at least a week till the battery dry off so it shutdown automatically. Recharge and turn it back on. There are several tricks can be done for unremovable battery devices. You can learn how people handle laptops and tablets with unremovable battery.
