Rami, 20 Aug 2016after I Update to marshmallow my A8 not able to use fingerp... moreThe security patch now only allows the phone to be switched off with power off button for finger print sensor to work. In case you use power off button app it will ask you to punch in password and will not allow finger print sensing.

My A8 is not charging while it's on and after switching it off it takes around 5 hours to charge and showing a msg that slow charging to charge faster use your original charger , when it's on. and i'm using it's own charger . What should i do?

I have facing a big problem in updating my a8 in Upper version. Now it's running in 5.1.1.
Samsung has designed it for upper version. I have received for new update then I have tried it four times but finally says updating failed..? What's wrong? Anybody has an idea of this problem?? Please help me.
