i had pruchased A8 just 2weeks back.and it dropped from my hand smoothly in the floor.its display is gone.how can i get it repaired in warranty.display and touch is very sensetive

I don't understand after having a good battery power ie 3050mah ,my A8 battery drops fast now .with 1% it last for 4 min in excess .I still have the warranty of phone and I claimed the warranty after which the pH is still in the same condition ..i loved this ph but it seems that it's just the waste of money once again

very bad experience with Samsung A8 the display of this phone is very sensitive.... main problem in service center is self declaration i don't know why i will give self declaration in under warranty.... In samsung A8 hang problem network problem and so no after some time... In my view totally money waste in samsung phone... I'm very disappointed with samsung company i don't buy any samsung phone in future and not suggest anyone...

There is noo marshmallow update for SM A800I model.....only for SM A800F.....wth

Samsung is an android phone.. you cant able to update for the os .. its only for iphone.. ios upgrading..
if you want.. format your phone and install another os.. which marshmallows.

Its Vodafone with 4G testing at fault and not A8. my sim slot 2 has Airtel which is working all good. if its hardware how come AirTel wrking gud?
Vodafone is simple stealing our money with worst service.
