Service centre has taken the phone thrice and just updated the software and formatted it the next time. Now they say its a hardware issue. Dont know why i bought this phone.

my a8 as exynos 5433 which is same as note 4 (india) . battery is average, heats abit.

why is my a8's music player stoos when i'm using other app such as facebook it's like buffering and im not pressing the pause button it still plays but stops?

You can check with your telco ask if the phone can be used in other/which countries.

I am using A8 since March. it is a good phone with good features and all just one thing. I have vodafone network. I now I am facing an issue of call dropping and no voice during calls past one month. I can;t diagnose the issue plz somebody help me. past one month I am also using it in roaming is roaming the issue or the phone has some network's problem and has to be replaced. plz help required urgently.
your helpful suggestions are welcomed plz help.

Galaxy A8 is the best ever phone performance is good camera quality very good 2GB of ram LPDDR4 ram but samsung company get marshmallow update in galaxy A8

Using samsung phones from 9 years... and this is the phone im completely disappointed with... its been just 4 days i bought the phone... restarting all the time... even while playing song and just before submitting this comment too... nit sure service centre people will help me out soon... dont knkw what to do... did anyone have the same problem or any solution that you could give me..
