This is tye 2nd a8 am using the first one was flawless the second one camera is not that sharp and clear tenew issue is am not going thriugh with calls. Thephone does not give me a ring tone but tye persom 2ho I called gets a ring while speaking if I connect the call drops in mid .....am really fed up wondering wat to do!!! Have taken the phone to tge samsung gallery they roo r saying phone is ok network issues hoga am using the same sim in samsung tab2 and its workinh just fine?

Go to system settings>storage>cached data>then a dialog box appears telling that (This will clear cached data for all apps)>then click on (ok) button.....That's all
