Using my A8 since 2 months its all in one awesome device I used note 5 and s6 there was battery prob but it equal to s6 and note 5 and battery awesome

Hi i Bought an Galaxy A8 The Model # is SM-A8000 im from the ph i think my phone has a problem may mobile data is already turned off but still the "H" on its signal is still there it won dissapear even my data is off is it an OS problem? what should i do?

I bought Galaxy A8 mobile on 10-12-2015 which cost me INR 30000/- and iam from india. its been a month since i got this and Its a fantastic mobile phone.It has tons of features as available in flagship models.
Advantages of this phone is
1.finger print sensor
2.5.7" SUPERAMOLED screen
3.32 GB Internal storage
4.memory card support
5.full day battery back up(3000 mah )
6.Premium feel ( Thanks to full metallic body and 5.9mm thickness
Disadvantages of A8
1.High price (should be priced at 25000 to 27000)
2.No NFC (Even A7 has NFC)
3.Camera is shaky while taking pictures, may be because of its size( while touching the capture button) . i use timer to took photos(selfie) and otherwise images are so good
4.camera flash is not powerful( i previously own Galaxy Grand duos and while comparing grand's flash A8's is so dim
5.Speaker sound is "OK". while playing youtube videos in office environment its hard to hear ( But head phone clarity is very good)
COMPLAINTS:
1.today :( when i try to unlock phone its shows a message " finger print not working " and it keep restarting ( unable to show home screen /apps /settings). At first i frightened then i googled it but didnt get any suggestion( its a new phone :( ). it keep restarting several time and i cant able to power off because it dont have removale back cover and battery. then i tried to reset the phone ( really pissed off) by pressing Volume Up + Home + Power button then miraculously show power off , restart ,flight mode screen (Thank god!) instead of hard reset screen , so use restart option and every thing gone fine. After restart phone works fine...i dont know what happened to its sensor as i was not using the phone at that moment. may be some software issue ?!!

Bull Shit Phone. I bought this phone end of nov 2015. Since then I do not get any mobile network on this phone. Why call a phone then? Never ever buy this phone. Even Customer service people do not support us.
