It is best to get extension with surge protector to protect the devices.
This is a long term damage, as it has gave you a warning previously.
Should ask them why and how to prevent occurrence when the last time they repaired.
Even drop or water moisture may affect the charging connector.
Ensure nothing touch or near to the charging connector.
Go and get another charger, which may help.

Shohag, 31 May 2017My problem is,the wifi is not turning on...what can I do??First is the router wireless working or not, by testing with other devices.
On the 1st time to get the SSID and password, do it next to the router.
Once both band 2.4GHz and 5GHz are set, test it and after this should not be any issue.
The issue is the distance and obstruction between the router wireless and the phone, which will cause interference.

Hi Guys its been more than a year I have been using this phone. Yes I have played almost all the high end games available in the playstore i.e, GTA SanAndreas, Vice City, Asphalt 8, Morden Combat 5, The Walking Dead all seasons, they all run awesome.
yes, but it has got an issue with Nova 3. Before upgrading it to Marshmallow Nova 3 ran fine but after upgrading to Marshmallow the game does not even open. Actually, its not the fault in the mobile hardware but its the problem in the game itself.
Yes the cameras are good looking at the price.
Yes, if you are willing to buy this phone now. Then I would say no. Its an old model. You may choose Samsung Galaxy A9 pro, which costs around 26k or you may get C9 pro at 36k. I got the C9 Pro yesterday.It is awesome.

well its about a year that i am using it and no complains till now luckly but here are few things u should take care of..
1) i thought it come with gorilla glass but it does not so just take care of that and buy 1
2) do not install many apps it will slow your phone down.
3) it lacks back cover there are not much option for it.
4)back camera is just amazing and at first it took me a lot of time to find its features but now that i have discovered it i would like to share it. there is a mode option just left to the click camera button from there u can choose modes like prioma
5)front cam is ok ok

I buy my A8 at oct 2015. 2 time my phone cannot charge. First at may 2016. I got warranty. Now it happen again at may 2017. What problem ?? Now no warranty.
