Vishal singh, 29 Sep 2020Will it get one ui 2.5 update ??I don't think so. It already received two major updates, and I really doubt that it will get third one. There will only probably be security updates and similar, but no more major updates for this one.

Purchased last year in June 2019. Pefect Processing. though Camera did not impressed me the 4 camera should have given results... specially for night (dark) shots when streets lights or shop lights on.
Today i got that vertical blue line seems like my LCD is going to Die. it sustained 1 year for me with great care no fall

I hope the samsug a9 2018 gets an update still. This was the 1 st quad camera phone and it looks and feels premium. But the issue is samsung left it in the ditch. They never gave enough hype for it. Also it's Android os will only get an update till android 10. Pity. In 2020, or maybe later this year - Quad camera - no update. OS - no update. Sad. It was a $600 phone. A bit expensive for a mid range phone. Shame on you Samsung!

Camera quality is the same as before, they only changed design of camera app a bit. Phone performance is the same as before, and there are no really any major changes in the software, only some new animations and similar stuff. You can go on and update if you want, I did not stumble into any problem so far.
