I already checked *#0*# and in sensor lt show gyroscope, but i try download sensor box to test and try 360 video it didn't work, but work in note 4. any solution guys...

I bought my A9100 this week from Amazon in USA and it was advertised as international version. There are Chineses letters during booting however the Google apps are working fine. The box was sealed but the device looks like it was already rooted..Any thing to be worried of here? My only problem with the device is that I can't encrypt it but other than that all is OK. Any recommendation here whether to try refunding the device or the encryption problem can be solved while still working Google apps? Thanks in advance.

I just bought A9 pro dual SIM Internatiinal version this week and I want to encrypt the device in order to operate my business email. I can only find SD card encryption under security menu but can't find device encryption at all. Can anybody help me please how to encrypt the device. Thanks a lot.
