Do Not Buy this phone from gray market or outside. This phone currently made for China Market and will not work properly outside china. I buy on line on eBay and it was jail broken and had a lot of problems such as all my widgets did not refresh to real time weather and so on plus I could not do factory rest. Wait to be available in your own country.

You have to download gapps, extract the package and place those files in your system directory and then change the permissions to make it work."

You can download that if you have a for China only phone that doesn't have a playstore and install it. From there you can install gapps. The Playstore itself will be doing the compatibility check, directory filling.
A9 Pro has playstore app but it's not updated. So I downloaded the latest playstore apk and installed it.
Your procedure, yes we do that for home-baked non-samsung custom ROM.

If you have a browse... moreactually you do need to at least root it, downloading the apk on a phone which did not have the play store requires a little bit more then just installing the play store apk , go to cyanogenmod and download the gapps and flash that best method , just make sure the right version

i bought this phone here in the philippines... but it came from china.. its is rooted already out of the box.. sadly.. only sim 1 can receive text.. sim 2 cannot.. tried many times, interchanged the sims.. still not receiving any text messages in sim 2.. restarted the phone several times.. still not working.. and one more thing. you will receive text message sent to sim one , but it will appear twice. one in sim 1 and in sim 2. so annoying..again , you will never receive text messages on sim 2.
