plz any one help me. no key light running. and battery draing ... after update to Nougat phn working smooth no issue. bt after 2nd update of nougut. it draining battery so fast. ..and key light ( back key and recent key ..not lightup) i used power sever mode disable. bt still no luck. i also did hard RESET. bt no luck. plz help me i wana BACK MY KEY LIGHT.

It seems its security update
Months ago we got October update
But Now today its showing August 2017.
so Samsung is going reverse for updates .something is wrong with samsung

i like my a9 brought it in july 2016 been going strong up to november this years ever since then the bottom of the screen flashes continually while in use dos anybody know why

Fantastic phone, performance no issue. Whole day of usage, still has plenty of juice to take u to next day. Charges in an hr, absolutlety amazing.
Today: disconnected from power 6am.
Now 5:30pm level is 78%.
I have never seen any other phone do that.
For battery, plenty of options to reduce batter consumption.
I bought another one for my father too. Prod owner of 2 a9pro's.

I've been using galaxy a9 pro for a while now, it's not a good phone. Battery sucks, extreme heating issues. Not worth a buy

It was ok after software upgrade to Nougat7.0. But the problem started when another software upgrade was required again on 28th Nov resulting turn to Black Screen due to The System UI has stopped.
I sent the phone to Samsung Service Centre but the problem still there even after rebooting it.
According to the technician, this Problem is common to A9Pro where we all have to another software upgrade sometime next year?
anyone here can help me please ?
