Ok for screen OnePLus 3T uses a Diamond Pentile which was used in earlier samsung 1080 OLED , with brightness at 409 nits its called Optic Amoled. No one notices these differences but so you know.
A9 Pro uses the latest RGB matrix , with 610 nits brightness similar to S6 or Note series brightness albeit at lower resolution.

Okay , had a look at 3T , 3T also has slim bezels like LG G6 so both A9 pro & 3T have slim bezels

@ Raismaa - i know you own OnePlus 3T & I knows ats a power packed device but i feel you have gone too much in favour of oneplus 3T -
1) Looks : Samsung A9 Pro will shoot Oneplus 3T anytime in looks , yes front of 3T is better in black , but the overall look & Back of A9 Pro is same class as S6 or s7 thats Gorilla Glass 4 & Metal so in overall looks A9 Pro is winner.
2) Screen Quality : Please check GSMArena review , the brightness of 3T is lower than A9 Pro ( Nothing surprising ) , since Samsung keeps the best stuff for its own phones whether its 1080p or QHD AMOLED Screen ( Which might happen with iphone 8 sAMOLED ) , yes the difference is minor but still there.
3) Camera is same , sensor is same but Samsung is culprit , either way 3T has better processing & takes better photos , but its Nitpicking ( Little superior ) if you click via Lightroom , but 3T makers have taken care of IMX 298 unlike Samsung.
You cant compare C9 Pro & A9 Pro rear cameras including Night time shots. C9 pro rear cam. is clearly a downgrade.
4) A9 Pro is more durable as its protected by 2.5D Glass Gorilla 4 front & Back . Again Heating is bit less than on 3T ( I know its a beast ;) so heating is ok )
I am not sure of whats gonna add in a9 pro (2017) , there could be IP 68 , water , Dust , but i doubt on OIS , we need to see what adds up. Hope they dont do a 18.5:9 Screen Stuff.
Multimedia experience is way better on A9 Pro , the screen is big Length wise & Wider than 3T : 74.7 mm. vs 80.9 mm. , take into account the slim bezels ( it slimmer than or like LG G6 ) .
Finger Print of 3T is much better , including software upgrades , & overall performance , battery of A9 Pro lasts much longer than 3T : 3400 vs 5000 mAh. , both have fast charging but different battery capacity so cant compare in charging speeds , ok Type C & Micro USB for A9 Pro.

I want to buy a9 Pro but I'm afraid that there wil be a9 Pro 2017 , i dont know whether to wait for it or buy a9 pro now, feeling so confused.

Nirmal, 03 May 2017I am planning to buy a9 pro , how is the rear camera ? Hi, i have been using the A9 pro for 7 months now. I have never faced any issues with this device. The camera performance is also great and above all of them it has amazing battery life.

Best battery life : A9 Pro but 3T can charge super quick with its Dash Charge.
Best camera : 3T
Best sound through audiojack : 3T
Best sound through phone speaker : A9 Pro
Best screen : Both. It depends if you like bigger screen or smaller. Both uses AMOLED display.
Best screen for viewing multimedia : A9 Pro for its bigger screen
Best OS : 3T. Oneplus definitely will update the OS in the future. A9 Pro's upgrade path is vague.
Best phone design and build : 3T
Best front camera : 3T
That's what I can think of right now. Lol

A9 pro has same camera sensor as one plus 3t thats an 1/2.8" OIS Sony Exmor RS Sensor camera with deep trench technology , only thing without the improved camera processing of one plus 3T. If u use Lightroom app. Your photos will be close to one plus 3T. You know that's the reason why Samsung has dropped OIS and smaller sensor size for entire a & c series 2017 Samsung phones even on c9 pro , the output is close to s6 or s5 ( only Lightroom app clicked.) the stock app. Is as usual purposely done up job by Sammy.

3 months used so far so good.
The most satisfied is the battery no need bring any power bank anymore and fast charging really fast compare to my old phone.
Pay with samsung pay and get free wireless charging with contest although cant used for A9 but like appreciate gift by Samsung.
Just notification sometimes not display in screen the message arrive and only notification sound others is no show clock in display while sleep mode.
The rest is superb.
