s dous 2 have 786 ram and galaxy ace 3 have 1 gb.....but the camera flash is not best than s dous 3....so i recomend s dous 2 is best

To remove samsungs internet browser from home screen, go to: apps, manu, hide application, tick internet and save

Why Sammy every model is redundant after a year, either no update or it becomes too lazy slow to operate, secondly factory reset looses every history you have as archives. Now 350$ Device is under 100, why because It's same specs with huge model names, choice is restricted. But iPhone has maintained it's single or two only models fr a year!
