fachri, 19 Dec 2013i can't transfer data from my sd card storage to my desktop... moreokayy. You should try a usb cord. The general one. Put one end into your phone and the other into your computer. Then go to my computer. You should see external drive f. Right click on it then press open. By that time your phones should have said turn on mass storage. Goodluck

this is the best phone in all samsung brand, it is cheaper and functioning great, no hastle in all applications. great performance, no lags, no hangs up, good camera and best in skype applications, it is very clear...good battery performance..i will buy another next month..it is more cheaper again.
