Great when out and about but don't want to keep driving into town to make calls. EE changed handset but problem still the same so I have taken 14 day cooling off option and cancelled contract.

I was wondering if anyone who has this phone has terrible service. I have had this phone about a month and it doesn't pick up anywhere but around my home. I am trying to figure out if it's the phone or the virgin mobile plan that is the reason for bad coverage. Thanks.
