Don't get the galaxy ace 4, its horrible. The keyboard goes away while typing. Closes out of apps. Skips or turns off music. Reboots itself and gets way to hot. The phone is small as hell. It should be one of those 20$ phones you see at Walmart. Had to factory reset this horrible phone at least 3 times. You receive messages to late and it hardly ever let's you send it. But for some reason, MMM send with no problem. If your new born baby has an interest in phones, buy him or her this. Hopefully they break it.

PLEASE can anyone help me? Colours went awry on my phone. Contacted Samsung via phone and they to give them credit, returned it in 3 days.
Now I have a massive problem in that I can't get into my phone because it keeps asking me for a password which I don't remember setting up. I'm 61 live on my own, and I just can't cope with all these passwords, that's why, when I got my phone new, I opted for the swipe to open the phone.
PLEASE can anyone assist me by emailing the details (kiddie speak!) of how to rectify this problem or direct me to a site which deals specifically with THIS problem?

Hey guys! I'm going to give you a little review of this phone. I owned this Ace 4 since August 2015 and to be honest, this is the best phone I've ever owned. I'm not a heavy user and the battery can last me all day if a watch videos on YouTube or listening to music on SoundCloud. I've read that everybody has issues with the dialpad getting blocked by the phone, in my opinion, it's a great feature that does not let me hang up the call without pressing the phone with my face. Apps like Whatsapp, Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Messenger and Skype run smoothly on the phone, now my phone is getting slow due the RAM. Greetings. :D

Its a good phone besides the fact that the front camera has poor quality and it cannot support pdf files unless if u dowload a pdf reader/application
its not bad after all as compared to other ace's the designers really did a good job "Thank for such a good phone".

Had it for 6 months now, and will now turn to a iPhone, because of the poor performance, RAM and Camera. Also, it sometimes refuses to connect, and it had little storage. And it freezes and close down apps. I will now switch to iPhone, since after this 'six month' experience, I can't and won't trust any Android ever.
