you cant it actually helps, because u might accidentally end the call with ur ear. (the phone doesnt have a proxmity sensor)

I love this phone, but can someone please tell me, why is there a "padlock like" symbol on the WiFi icon, there is also a padlock on the screen whenever i make a call, which says "double tap to unlock", which is so annoying, is that a feature on phone?

Every day I want to throw this phone against a wall. I hate it more every day. But to be positive...the calculator works. Everything else is poor to worst ever. Can't phone, can't text, can't email, can't download and so slow at internet you might as well walk to the store to look up price.

Handshit instead of Handset !
The Worst phone ever !!
Even Ace 2 and ace 3 are better;they come with 1Gb of ram.
this must be either a big joke or a big failure of Samsung !
Kitkat 4.4.4 acCompanied with 513 mg of ram and 1.7 gb of memory !!
i purchased it 5 mounths ago i will sell it even with $1 and get Nexus 5 :-)

A liitle RAM, small screen, slow processor, when battery gets to 15% it rapidly starts to discharge.... You cant even use facebook normally. When you use the phone for some time, it starts to heat up. It has pretty much bad design(its made of plastic that can be scratched easily). DONT BUY THIS PEACE OF WOOD!

This phone is the worst phone I have ever purchased. A $20 TracFone is better than this one. It shuts down when you are in the middle of an app. The keyboard will not come up when you need to type something, or if you are typing something, it shuts downs. The padlock that won't go away that was built into it by Samsung is a pain. The battery discharges very fast and is slow to recharge. I do not recommend this phone at all.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 and I am not happy with it
when you try to make a phone call using the keypad for the options: "press 1....
you can't do it, the lock appears and you can't get rid of it, your keypad is blocked, of no use for me. I had to buy another one and got me the Samsung S4 wich works good.
