i have this phone im using jio sim also
for solution of no lte mode:
you need to root ur phone via kingroot or any other way.my phone is rooted via kingroot
then download root explorer from play store
then open app goto root directory -->data-->property-->persist.radio.lteon
open it as text and type true instead of false then reboot ur phone
its working for me
