After a using it for more than a year, I find it not that satisfactory. The memory is rather small and even if you insert a sd card, only limited memories and apps can be transferred so the memory required for the apps to function take up most of the device storage. The camera quality is average and the device hangs a lot, even to the point of its touch sensor going haywire making it hard to use the phone. The battery also drains really fast after a while.

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2016Forgot my password how can i reset my phone again back to n... moreU must press the power button and the home button and the volume button (up) at exactly the same time for about 15-25 seconds until u see a bunch of tiny wordsand u must press something saying reboot phone and they wud say that this memory is irrecoverable if u erase it and when u are sure u just press reboot phone and u are done .....I hope I am of any assistance to you

U have to press the power button and the home button at the exact same time until u hear a snap like if u are taking a picture I hope I am of any help to you

go to settings then click storage and then click preferred install location and click on sd card.

Even if you insert the sdcard, it installs the apps to internal memory. Only photos and other stuff go to sdcard. I had to root the phone (G313-HN) and use Link2SD to use the memory card for this purpose.
