In fact, 'DUOS' does not mean it really works with dual SIM card. It supports GSM and CDMA - yes, but not 2 GSM. That's probably the reason why they don't want to release it in other countries.
If it would support 2 GSM SIM cards simultaneously + 3G (and +Glonass desirable) I would be the first to buy it. Currently there's only GALAXY Y DUOS on the market - it's screen is too small and has low resolution.
