pls comment if you know anything. If you don't know anything, then don't comment. Dual Standby means two sims are active same time and you can rcv call on both sim. but when you rcv a call on sim1, sim2 automatically becomes unavailable. In Dual active, if you receive one call on sim1, sim2 is still available and if there is a call on sim2 u can receive it.

You can forward your call any time even if your sim is out of the phone. Its called call forwarding or in some mobile call diverting. It's not dual standby.

really a good phone with nice features... battery backup one day... wen not using net one and half day...good camera... but no flash...

Use the phone without memory card. If the problem still persist then do a company reset. Hope it works find after that.

Am from India.Even i am having the same problem of auto switch off if i keep it in standby mode for more than 15-20min. They said problem in software.I think there wont be any new update in the software as it already have Gingerbread 2.3.6 and u cant update it to any other version.I don't know really what the services persons can do abt the software update. Am trying for a replacement for the same. Lets try...

Hi, i have brought this phone one week back, all features & options working fine, but my phone gets switched off automatically, i took it to samsung customer care, they told that the phone is having auto switch off problem & kept for a day & returned back to me saying they have updated the software & now will work fine, but the problem still persits, can anybody guide me what can the problem be. i have checked for virus both phone & memory card, the battery too is working fine, latest software also updated then why the phone is getting automatically switched off.

phone to phone sync u will get all messages n contacts..

download and subscribe to netqin mobile guard app on your old on phone, then from there upload your contact with the app. Do same on the new phone but now you download your contact to your new phone. Hope this help.

5mp camera but no led flash ??? Poor screen display @ high price tag.Samsung is unable to provide dual sim phones with good features.
