in my galaxy ace duos s6802 screen lock pattern is not working.. as i go in to my security settings i set unlock pttern after that when i lock n unlock my screen it didnt show me screen lock so any suggestions what should i do.?????

model samsung galaxy ace duos s6802. phone screen guard is locked. unable to open it, it is asking gmail id & pw to unlock. but i forgot my id & pw. is there any alternative thing to unlock it without lossing data in the phone.

follow instruction and chose factory reset
move between choices by pressing volume up and down
select by pressing the power button once >>
