how can i remove in the ram for the inactive application,and saving my data before clearing inactive application,i think this the cause of slowly moving of my cellphone.

I bought ACE Duos S6802 last 5th from UAE to send India for my brother. He complainted me that not getting inough coverage, showing always out of coverage. More over not getting battery back up, he checked everything he found that the problem of set.
Please advice me what I will do? Samsung replace or repair this set.
