I'm using this phone since one month, but every time iam facing a problem that is whenever I get a call or I want to make a call the moment I take the phone there will be amessaege showing that balance is this much when itry press ok but it doesntclose immediately and iam unable to take the, call. Please help me

please help me, i bought your samsang gt-s6802 dous serial no. 352618055752383. but it has a problem of blacking out at an interval and i have to swicth it on again and again hence in one way or another inconveniecing. i therefore request for your help to enable me enjoy the quiet possesion of such a nice phone. i have tried to liase with your agents in uganda but they have failed diagonise the actual problem.

khar, 11 Oct 2012Which dual sim android fone is best?Galaxy S Duos S7562! But the Ace Duos S6802 is a close second. The Ace's disadvantages are (S Duos vs Ace) ICS/Jelly beans vs Gingerbread, LED flash vs the lack of it, 1500Mah battery vs 1300Mah, 1Ghz vs 832MHz processor,secondary camera vs the lack of it,768MB vs 512 MB RAM,4Gb vs 3Gb space,larger vs smaller screen. The pros to the Ace are obviously the cheaper cost and twin SIM. The S Duos has numerous advantages but they are not far off to the Ace. Where cost meets quality,I would advise you buy the Ace. The specs differences just does not do it for me when I compare the differences in specs.
