I have a problem transferring my contacts to my ace plus. i used y\to use a sony ericson W350 and i have abt 700 contacts on my phone memory... ive got a backup of the same in my comps address book. but when i connect my phone to my computer nothing happens... i mean my computer does not even acknowledge the connection.... i mean mo samsung application or pc suite gets initialized... PLEASE HELP.

Sandy, 19 Apr 2012Can one configure Microsoft outlook on this phone???Yes you can configure outlook with ease. No need to worry about it! If you are still curious check a live piece at a retialer and find it in email settings. You just have enter your company email address with password that's it.

This is a very nice phone! even if its ppi is below average, its display is good enough for a midrange phone. the interface of the phone is very fluid, no issues on that. price is good, features are nice. but the battery is slightly poor. But the overall performance is well enough for the tittle ACE PLUS

Who r talkng about Sony Ericson Xperia Neo....They Shud knw tht the memory of NEO is 1GB internal memory as well as the processor and the bluetooth version r not updated whereas u r gettng 3Gb internal memory in GALAXY ACE PLUS along with latest bluetooth version and a lot more fast processor.So who r talkng about NEO...pls read both the specification of both the phones before saying anythng.

hai friends i bought this mobile about three days ago, and this is my first android mobile.
as far as i observed it it is a great mobile.As some of you have already mentioned it the internal memory comes very handy, the processor is good,and the browsing speed is very fast. i say that the camera quality is good but could be better, i hope this is because of low resolution. touch features on this mobile r excellent. but i think the battery life on this mobile is not up to the mark. For people who r looking for phones with longer battery life this mobile can be slightly discomforting. This is mainly because this mobile has an extraordinary 1GHz processor and a qualcomm snapdragon chip set inside it
which consumes more battery power, i still can't understand why the present leading smartphone designers and manufactures of samsung mobiles have neglected this tiny area,by declining to Standard battery, Li-Ion 1300 mAh when compared to the ace s5830 which has Standard battery, Li-Ion 1350 mAh.
And for some of you my friends who wants a front camera u will be disappointed again.
I will definitely suggest this phone to everyone who is looking for a mobile with best touch features,best processor, more internal memory, and a high speed internet access,and better gaming and graphic experiences(the chip set qualcomm snapdragon) helps you with this aspect. And friends even though this phone has a resolution of about 320 x 480 pixels, and even though it is a bit less to the screen size of 3.65", u can really enjoy watching videos and play games happily on this mobile but u have to keep in mind that this is a mid range mobile, not a high end one, But i can say that this is a high end mobile in the mid range mobile series.
But friends to those who r expecting a longer battery life and a front camera as i said u will be slightly disappointed.
I hope this will be helpful to u all.
