Dear Sir, I am crezy to use the Samsung galaxy ace plus s 7500.I anm from Nepal, would like to bue very soon. I will be there in international air port on the dated 8th of July and planning to pick up it from your store. please help me to find out the nearest samsung store from intl airport.

I have been using this phone since 2 year ... its ok phone ... not good for this price range and i had bought this phone of 15k ... really disappointed with performance and sudden freeze problem mostly occurs ... speaker is not good and sound quality is ok ... BTW hardware is good and not satisfied with the camera and video performance ... also disappointed with touch response during playing games and surfing web... and i want to upgrade my phone to jelly bean ... what should i do for upgrade my phone... plz reply

its very annoying while downloading some apps....i could"nt update my software...the memory space is very small...could not play games..it will start to hand...:(

This phone for starters looks sweet.It's all fun and games until you want to realy use it.It's software is realy cranky and unstable.It will freeze at anytime and it's bloody annoying. If I were to recomand...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH!

really i fed up with this mobile i had a problem regarding sim signals my samsung galaxy ace plus cannot recieve the signals.i had approached near by samsung sevice centre they said i have to replace the mother board with Rs 5000 for small signal problem.this is the way samsung take care about their coustmers.

Zul, 14 May 2014I've used this phone for one year...no my phone got problem... moreyes i can solve it...download stock rom for your android model if its s7500 or s 7500t ,,,,if you cant do it yourself got to service station and ask them to reinstall the software....ifu wanna do it yourself download the stock filmware for ace plus model....then download odin 3.09 v ,,,,put your phone into download mode..by pressing home power and volume down...then press volumeup ,,,connect data cable to laptop..run odin as administor after extraction and press start ..this would reinstall your android software

Zul, 14 May 2014I've used this phone for one year...no my phone got problem... moreDude, it's probably because your home button is stuck... keep pressing it a lot of times and it should stop rebooting over and over again. Now, if it boots into recovery mode, then you need to flash the stock firmware which you can get at samfirmware.com and if you don't know how then just google it or search for it on youtube... It's simple really :)
