guys my mobile shows only 398 ram why is it so actualy it is 512 no?

Internet disconnection happens several times a week. Samsung Hong Kong insists that the phone is normal and no repair is required. I make a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2gswjxsI7c) to prove the existence of the problem and ask for refund. I have to turn OFF and ON the DATA to connect to the internet (at 13:20 minutes of the video). I ask for help from the Consumer Council, but Samsung replies that they will not refund. Consumer Council advises me to sue Samsung. What a bad phone & company!

guys dont buy galaxy ace,where ace pluse n ace are same but in every abdroid system there must be speed n mostly important is internal memory,in ace inbuilt memory is 160mb n galaxy y have 250mb but in time of installation some file are save in internal memory n there will become shortest memory n we can move to sd card but some appl are can not move so pluse have 3gb memory which is nice n only diff of 2500rs betwn plus n ace so plus is very nice where processor help to fast process n 512ram help to run game properly,so i suggest take ace plus
