ann, 14 Aug 2012is there any i can have a song as my message tone ty You can, go to your memory card and make a folder MEDIA then inside media make a folder Audio then inside Audio make a folder NOTIFICATION then copy a song then past it in notification then that's it. You have now a MP3 message alert tone.

The Galaxy ace was a perfect alternative to, but I couldn't figure out how to use the phone for awhile. Sure I can upgrade the sdcard but the more stuff is on in the slower the phone is. it only has 256mb of internal memory, and you can only use 158mb for storage. So everything has to function on the sd card if you don't, the phone locks up , restarts sometimes, and regardless if it resatarts or not it locks for several minutes sometimes. 2 silly game applications that should be able to run continuously to be updated clog up the data processing and basic PHONE functions. It seems sometimes cell phone manufacturers are to busy playing catch-up to stuff they didn't develope and seem to forget that a phone should function first and foremost as a phone. You can't do anything without a google account attributed to the phone. I don't like the singular iphone market but wannabe-iphones aren't a better option, just cheaper. As for the price it's great! I was with koodo, had a positive tab of about 8$ and after applying a new koodotab it cost me 42$ cash. so not bad, for the price but if you rely on it for google maps on the data, its slow. not very useful in trafic. ( again I have had this experience live in traffic next to an iphone it just didn't stand up to the challenge. for specifics the iphone on bell one the same infrastructure as koodo performed faster. I do not think its because of bells renound service, I think it was the older iphone was better thanthis model of galaxy. it also seems way out dated already. the new Galaxy ace has a duo core processor or something crazy, but then again it costs as much as a new iphone. On a scale of 1-10 for performance, I'd give it a 6.5 , and for the price I give it a 10. On top of it I am really looking into blackberries with a touch screen because I really value the usefulness of a real keyboard. So maybe part of what I didn't like was the touchscreen with no real buttons, maybe I'm too old school but thats my 2 cents. thank you for reading. ;)

when driving my car and on hands free bluetooth, how can I dial a nnumber without using my hands, e g voice conrol by asking th machine, it doe not appear to work on my galaxy.
