finally ...flashed real ics 4.0.4 on my ace (cm9 by galaxyics team) thnx developers for real ics experience on ace.. ..still this rom in beta stage with only one major bug like camera works without preview...bt they hv almost sorted out this issue too...so guys dnt worry...our ace soon hv stable n bugfree ics 4.0.4

however you need an app for that and if your video calling you might need your headset..hehehehe!
