I would suggest u to download juice defender first , low brightness , when no use off wifi -bluetooth - gps and internet ...and most important give this device a cycle charge... When ur phn beeps for battery recharge dan chrge untill battery full ... Dis will give full utilisation ...and yes after a month or so the device will adjust with ur usage ... I hope it will help u :) su

Phone is worth for its price and features. All Android phones lasts battery quickly and Ace is also one of the among.

This phone is good. However, the main problem is battery back up. If you use internet or games then it wil be a big problem for you. It will not last an hour of your battery. I'm still crying over this. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OUTDOOR PERSON.

It's a pretty nice mobile phone for its price and it's upgradable to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). The processor could chew most processes I threw at it, so no qualms here. However, like other smart phones, it guzzles battery life like a F-104 on 3G and on WiFi. It also can't support Adobe Flash, so caveat emptor. (An widget for youtube allows videos to be viewed, anyway.)

the battery performance is very poor. Can any body suggest any special application. NQ full package is completely installed. I am getting confused comsumption of so much power is normal or abnormal?

samsung galexy Ace is also comfortable and working is very good.but battery pack up is very very bad.

to galaxy ace users, you must be out of your minds. the xperia mini t15I is anyday a better phone than this! xperia has hd camera with videos at 720p and a faster processor of 1Ghz! it's cheaper than the ace too. and plus its Sony you know. still wanna buy the ace? think again.

For those with battery problems I must say its pretty normal in the, let's say, 10~20 first times you recharge your device. You must dry it completely and let it charge over night some times and it will get better. If you don't have any app to help you saving battery (juice Defender is the best)consider 24h of normal use a good battery time. But you can easily get up to 2 days in this phone. You can also read some forums about increasing your battery life. Cheers

i have not bought yet Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830. please give me suggestion should i buy it or not compare to Samsung Galaxy Y.

Using this phone for 6 months, must tell its a pretty good smartphone. You can buy it for little less than 200$(€). There's some guys here complaining about speed and performance, this phone is one of the best phones you can get evaluating the performance/price ratio. With some customization can do whatever you want with good performance. You are able to play hd games also if you look for the right software and tweaks. Don't forget this is a phone in the market's medium section, and phones like this are normally cheaper with reasonable performance, I must say this phone has awesome performance. With juice defender it lasts up to 2,5days with normal use (wifi, sms, calls etc). Ofc if you want a device with top performance,you have the money and you can deal with 4''+ phones size go for GSII. Anyway Ace is class A phone.

I also unable to see the pic that my friends mms to me but if i use another phone, i can receive the mms well. Anyone have these problems....TQ

Received my galaxy ace yesterday. WORST PHONE EVER as far as battery life is concerned. Received it at 2pm and then charged the battery from 2 pm yesterday to 6 am this morning. At 3.14 pm this afternoon, the phone beeped and informed me to charge the battery. Since yesterday, I made two phone calls and sent 3 sms messages. SENT 8 WHATSUP MESSAGES AND RECEIVED 6. The rest of the time, the phone was in my pocket. NO internet, NO music NOTHING....NADA....Ziltch, niks ...I did not use it in ANY way. Switched off all the unecessary upgrades etc.... I pity those who are heavy users of mobiles....UNLESS.... there is an inherent problem with the phone or battery....FORTUNATELY, I have 7 days in which to return it....TOMORROW, it will be returned.... deffinately.... WORST battery usage EVER....
