The phone says something about hotspot, does that mean that it can be used as a tether or portable wifi hotspot? Trying to decide between this phone and the LG Optimus One

I have installed 50+ apps and still my phone memory is used only 80 MB...!!!

this phone sucks. I've put it to the test, it failed me, so I test it to another expert. What's the result? Failed.
Battery Power: Very Low
Camera: Same As Fit, Lower than Omnia and Jet.
Apps: Same as Fit, Galaxy Y and other cheaper android.
Interface: Same as any android phone.
Cost: too costly.
Appearance: Seems like a iPhone 4 (pirated version)
