The Internal memory is vey less.Everything is didnot support in this.

Been using this for more than a year. Yes the small internal memory bugs me, but I don't play any games so that's fine. The camera w/ flash, the recording, document editor a very handy and fab phone indeed. But not advisable for app/game lovers, the internal memory is too low. Still, I'm loving Ace for one year

To solve this you must download a video converter (like Freemake Video Converter) to your PC and convert any video you want to place in your Galaxy Ace to "3GP" format. Choose the DVD Quality (240x330). I've discovered this myself and it's what the phone supports.

@hercules... There are video players available on Play Store.. You can download application "MX Player" and its Codics which the application will tell you to download... This player plays most of the formats.

just buy this phone...seller tell me this phone supported MP4 video format..came back home try to play MP4 video that i just download from youtube...but fail...appears video not suppurted..can anyone help me??

its internal memory is too much low.. it should be atleast 1 GB....
and am suffering this problem.

I bought this phone in 2011 and till date I didn't have one single problem.In the initial days when I bought the phone it fell from a moving rickshaw as I was carrying a
huge bouquet in my hand but the phone didn't suffer any damage. Only thing is the low battery life while using internet or if u have set live wallpapers. Otherwise it would go on for 2-3 days without charging if no internet is used.
