Very Very Very bad Phone...Never ever think of buying it... 6 months it will be good after that you will face all the problem like...Hanging, Stuck, automatically switch off, low battery back up, low camera quality, internal memory space problem, you cont move your application to external drive, up can not upgrade the OS...etc...I faced all the above problem so dont go for Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830. Its a year old, and working find until i took the sim card out to let another person use it now it has block me out,my numbers, all calls. it has an icon on the top of the screen i have never seen. What am i to do please?

I am using Samsung Galaxy GT-S5830 the phone gets warm when it is on leading to battery run down. I took it to costumer service and was told the system needs to be changed unfortunately they don't have it here in Ghana. My question how can I get one to replace the one in the phone. Or any suggestion(s).

Mizal, 08 Jan 2014Now I am Using Galaxy Ace S5830...I was Found a Defect in t... moreyes you can, i recommend you to root your phone then with the Tool SDK you can go ahead and change the default storage for apps and make the SD as the main storage per apps or you can move those that are already installed into the internal memory follow this tutorial: http://mobile.dzone.com/articles/8-simple-steps-fix

Now I am Using Galaxy Ace S5830...I was Found a Defect in this phone is the Internal Memory of the phone is only Approximate 200MB only...while installing any software from Google play store also don't have option to change the path from phone memory...the android version is 2.3.6(Gingerbread).. can i upgrade to new version..???

after using it for 1 year, the screen is strong and display is good, the ram is not a big problem, phone memory problem can be solved by a tricky method, it's not so slow also, the main problem is that the processor is armv6 that it doesn't support some games which work only on armv7, but it's not a big problem afterall.

I need a new phone for use in Tenerife, I have the opportunity to buy a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 for 50€ it is two years old - is this a good buy or should I spend more and get a new one, or another model I use Skype? Thank you.

davie, 05 Jan 2014im thinking about getting the phone but lots of people are ... moreit's Internal 158 MB storage can do nothing for you.
you can install only few apps (maybe 2-3 apps) with 158 MB

after that you got new screen then click factory restore and your pone will be restored.
but you lost all phone data.
