According to acetips.wordpress.com the ace will hit official update android 4.0 ICS in next year mid.......!!!
will ace be able to update to 4.0 ice cream sandwich....??

I Love that phone, I just bought it from 2 weeks and i'm having fun with as it is my first andriod phone I Like it much :D Internet, Games, Applications and The camera is very good but only one small problem and i thing this problem at all smart phones the battery!!! i have to recharge it every day ...

Then connect your phone to Kies, you will recieve the upgrade automatically. Follow the on-screen guide accordingly.
*If Kies didn't notify you about the upgrade, it means that Gingerbread is not officially released for your region yet.

Its a good phone.with 2.3 upgrade it became even better.Battery is a problem for any phone out there.u shud know how to use ur phone to get the most out of it.
sound clarity is good.but without headphones,speaker volume is not great.may b some sound booster apps can help a little.
internet speed is great but based on ur connection.
Overall its a good phone.
But with around a little more price,it would b better if u consider xperia ray.its features looks cool on paper.but know a little about it to confirm its good for usage too ;)

Well an additional hardware keyboard is not something which can beat ace.
Also xperian mini is android 1.6,upgradable to eclair 2.1
but u shud know that there are many major improvements between 2.1 and 2.3 which is a mush have update.
2. That phone don't even allow to install apps to SD card i think.as that feature is available from 2.2

This is a good phone just make sure you buy a good memory card of your choice plus install a battery optimiser like netqin mobile guard or juicedefender from the android market. With that done, you should have a very good phone. Otherwise, if you forget to turn of wifi, bluetooth and even 3G, you'll drain your battery quickly

Evs22, 22 Nov 2011Just bought this phone and am enjoying, only problem is I h... moreHold the item (clock) with your finger until it changes colour and a bin will appear at the bottom of the screen, drag it there and it is gone from the screen but can be added any time again, like any widget, hope this helps!

Front camera is not in this model is the main drawback for this model

Excellent phone with some hot features, good for official use and personal. Battery eats up in a day or two but you can install Android Battery booster application and it will ease out your pain. Camera quality is very nice and exactly like an iPhone. Too good to sync with any office applications - MS Exchange or iPop and others. I would highly recommend this phone.

S5830 is really nice but my problem is, I can't receive nor send any MMS message. I really find it difficult to connect to internet using my prepaid sim card. Please help... Thanks
