How to revert back to Foryo 2.2 from Gingerbread 2.3.4, as it made the phone slow.

I Upgraded My Ace to GingerBread (2.3.4) but after this, it became a bit slow, Can anyone tell how to revert back to FORYO (2.2)

if you are really extream about saving battery you sould keep the wifi as active as posible because I uses much less power then your phone constantly serching for best signal and always looking for new messages or phone calls. think about it: a phone searching perhaps 10 km to find the best signal as posed to 10 meters.

i had installed the CD version. and i have been trying to update kies via internet. but the updation process is not getting over even after 3-4 hours...last time i tried around 470 MB was downloaded but still the updation was not completed...any ideas??

worst phone from samsung
with lower resolusion of 320*480
not working good, sometimes lag to much
not support hd games
no front camera
no tv output
no adobe flash support
poor internet speed
poor battery back up
only mp4 support by preinstalled and qqplayer app is also not good
camera is good but not great as my other phone wave2
poor video recording through after upgrate 2.3 ony 640*480
wave2 (bada2.0) and motorola defy is 10x great
