You can update it's software online from Setting>About phone>Software Update. It will enhance the speed of your phone. It will be update of about 26MB

Loved the phone when i got it, now, after only 8 months, the phone gives me endless problems!! Network disconnect for no reason then i need to take out battery before the network goes on again! Really disappointed!

Phone is really good but when comes to using internet it becomes very slow to operate...better to don't take this one...

why doe's my phone keep shutting down when i am in the middle of my conversation,also it shuts down and back on again when i am not using it !!!!!! so annoying !

I wouldn't recommend this phone to anybody. When i first got it (about 10 months ago) it seemed really good, however for the past 2/3 months it has become really slow and crashes all the time. I only have 4 apps on this phone because it can't hold much. The processor is really slow and the battery life is very poor. My contacts keep getting lost and the phone just shuts itself off at times. I have too keep taking out the battery and factory resetting it in order to use this phone. It is not good at all, I would never buy this again
