Anonymous, 08 Jul 2011I love samsung products, in fact my laptop is samsung brand... moreyou should have checked all the connections before buying it.. it doesn't matter whether you bought it in samsung retail store or from a consignor store... don't lose hope.. check the store as often as you can.. and ask for updates about your unit... but i guess they gave u a warranty for that...

simple thing ..i dont know many of the users know ...that android supported devices need minimum 512 mb ram and rom...so ther r less chances of the phone to freeze....

I need your serious help. please do send me a PM.I am going to buy this samsung ace s5830 in 5 days but i need to know is that how's the sound quality through headphones. I know the headphones which comes along with this phone is really sucks but if you are using any other headphone to listen music. Please do tell me how would rate the sound quality out of 5 star and which headphone brand you are using so i can get that headphone additionally.

hey all , i am really confused about the galaxy ace and the htc wildfire s , i dont think ram is a problem because i dont open more than 2 apps at atime , i will use it everyday only for ( 4-6hours music , 3 wifi but not everyday ,2hours gaming , 0.5 hour calls ) ,if i close gps , bluetooth ,wifi , gprs and edge , make it on 2G network only , least brightness 1or 2 apps only opened , how much battery backup will i get , pls all help me

I love samsung products, in fact my laptop is samsung brand too. But after i buy my samsung galaxy ace cellphone i was totally disappointed. I'm from davao city and i buy my cellphone in one of the shopping malls here. For 1st week after i'm using my phone is was really ok. But after 1 week on using it i found that there is something wrong on the sounds/speaker. So after that i immediately go back to the shopping mall where i buy my phone. And they promise me to go back again after 1 week because they need to order some parts for it in manila.But more than 1 month already not arrive yet. Please help me what to do about it... Now i hate samsung already..... So disappointed about it....
