How is the display/scree in the day light?I use GT 5801 and this is the major chalenge I face when outside.

Rooting Gingerbread 2.3.3 on Galaxy Ace
It was a long time till now when tools like Super One Click Root and Gingerbreak failed to root Ace with Gingerbread. Thanks to a Russian forum member may213 who released this method to help Galaxy Ace users.Before going through the precess of rooting you have to download a small file named upd_1.zip.

Once you have downloaded the file copy it to your SD card. For ease of work copy it in root of SD card.
Switch off your handset and wait till the vibration is over.
Now switch the phone in recovery mode. Press and hold Power button + middle menu button together to start in recovery mode.
Once you are in recovery mode you will get lot of options on screen. In recovery mode touchscreen does not work, so use the volume up/down buttons to toggle through options. To confirm options press the middle button.
Go to the second option i.e apply update from SD card.
Upon selecting the second option you will need to select the file upd_1.zip. Press the middle button to apply changes.
It takes 2-3 seconds to install the update.
Once the above step is complete, reboot your system from the first option.
As the phone reboots you will have super user in it. Your phone is rooted now. If you have not followed any of the steps follow the video tutorial.

im so damn interested wif tis ph coz the price n the functions..bout the battery life,sure a bit disappointed but i stil can accept..wat i can confirm is tis ph doesnt hav video call..n compare2 galaxy SL..ace hav a flash4 the camera but SL dun hav flash..

Hey please someone tell me would the Galaxy S II's(1650 mAh) or Wave II's(1500 mAh) battery fit in Ace(1350 mAh) and work?It does look identical to Ace's battery.Please tell me i am really unsatisfied with Ace's battery.In spite of using Juice defender and firmware upgrade.
Any techy out there who can answer my question?

Hi guys, galaxy ace have full bluetooth functionality to perform every bluetooth functions, it has A2DP. U can install Xvid player from android market, and u can watch youtube videos by its pre-installed youtube softwre, but it has only 1350 mAh batt and that is poor to perform in such great handset although it gives 10 to 11 hours batt back up by heavily use and 1 day by normal use and u can save batt by using 2G service instead of 3G service . but can not compare its batt backup with nokia... and it have not any functionality to use its flash light as torch.
