Ashki, 20 Apr 2011Guys am having an idea of getting a smart phone in the rang... moreif you wana buy smart fone . . . . then go for it or if you wana do video call then it is not having the secondary camera . . . so if you wana do video calling go for noia E71 that will give you the option of video call , but that also is have one defect it has 2.5mm jack in ace there is 3.5mm jack . . . ! ! ! first think what is more important then buy a fone

I find that whenever I decide not to send a a text or mms message, the 'save in draft' icon appears. However I am not able to access the draft folder to retrieve the saved messages. Secondly I find that I am not able to select a ringtone for msg alert from the music folder. Pls advice. Thank you

Using Kies I am trying to Upgrade the firmware but while upgrading it is stopping in the middle with a pop up message saying In sufficient disk space as the reqd disk space is 3000 MB.Could anyone please suggest that whether a patch reqd 3GB memry in SD card or Phone memory.If it is in fone memory then it is practically impossible as the internal memory is of 270 MB only...
Please Answer if anyone have any idea on this...

does any one got wifi problem ?
today i connected wifi but later it stops and i tried again. cant able to connect. the problem was (scanning-disconnected) this happens continously. even though i kept nearer to router. pls help me. any setting to be done ?

I've been using it for actually 2 weeks now..
Bought it for 14,500 here in the Phil.
comes with the standard package:
-Charger
-Manual
-Installation Cd for Kies
-Headset
-2 back covers Black/White
-USB cable
-2 gig MicroSD card
Overall the phone is quite good.. fast UI. great camera.. responsive sreen.. and yeah it has Gorilla Glass display. Update the firmware via Kies to somewhat prolong battery usage. Done that a single charging can take me two days of usage. I do lot of SMS and calls and Internet browsing with that and occasional gaming...
Helpful Android Application I installed these are available at Android Market..
App2SD for application management (phone to SD)
Seaman Player (to play DivX format Videos)
Skyfire Web Browser ( Browser to view Flash Video Content)
Heywire ( for free SMS to North America )
Lookout ( Malware Removal )
So thats it.. In two weeks of usage , i could say this phone would suit any average user. it has nice features close to HighEnd models yet would cost much less..
Lets just hope by the next Firmware update it'll be possible to have gingerbread installed in it and Flash support...

Galaxy Ace is way better than Optimus One based on real experienced. Camera quality is very good..
