Definitely Ace is better. great speed, UI ,touch , applications ,design and camera ..
no way c7 can be compared with ACE. This is my first android and samsung phone and in price it is the best deal.

therealramr, 13 Apr 2011if only it's battery life is good, it's a must have. but po... moreI dunno about you, but my ace's battery life is average, and last me atleast a day or day and half before I recharge.
The ace's batt is 1350 mah, which is better than you would get with HTC wildfire s, which only has 1260 mah. To compare Ace to Optimus One which has a BIGGER battery at 1500 mah, is not fair since the one with bigger battery will last longer, naturally. But the Optimus 1 has lots of disadvantages, so to buy it purely becoz of the big battery is crazy.
If you are a heavy, heavy user, then just invest in a spare charger. it won't cost you like 50 bucks, unlike iphone chargers do :P
Or you can just use your ace sparingly to save on battery :)

Its simple!! while you are on a call, just click the power/unlock key to the right and flash!! you are off the call... :D

I ahve a problem while cutting off a call. I am new to android. How we cut a ongoing call especially if we are on a diff screen. I cant get back to the 'end call' button and there is no HARd utton to end a call.

AnonD-6020, 12 Apr 2011Just got an ACE as my 1st android for a month. Overall, I s... morebro, you don't need driver/s.. just click on my computers. click external drive (the ace is plugged as an external drive). Drag and drop files between your computer and your ace.
If you really need it, download KIES from the net. I find KIES still slow and buggy, but it can convert video formats for playing into the ace.

How enable the mobile internet on Ace. I have the IDEA mobile interent settings and i was selected the settings.
But don't know how to enable the mobile internet...?

Samsung Galaxy ace shuts down randomly
after 24hours++ of testing, the problem re-occured. I left the phone overnight, about 6 hours w/o charger plugged. I can call the mobile phone even it looks like turned off and still the galaxy ace is not ringing. I have changed the settings:
settings > wireless and networks > wifi settings > advanced > wifi sleep policy > never
I will try now the hard reset but I will call my supplier and ask for a change of model or change of brand.

Just got an ACE as my 1st android for a month. Overall, I satisfied with it performance. But I have problem when connecting the phone to my PC using the USB cable. It shown that I need a driver to connect my phone to my PC. Where can I get the driver? It didn't come a long with phone. Can somebody help me? Thanks...

I can browse the 'top free' games or applications in market, but when I press 'Just in' in the market, the problem come. Its come out :The application market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly.please try again later.(with force close button ). Someone know why? Thanks
