Anyone else having battery problems like me? All I do is text but my phone never lasts for more than 1 day. Is this normal or does my phone have a factory defect?

Its a brilliant phone ,works so well. I have been using this phone since 2 months and could not find any problem in the phone . Applications and system is really fast and vast .

kindly tel me how to download realplayer software to this phone. i have loaded from android mkt realplayer. but it is not playing songs .ram (getting a reply "no application can perform this action")

@Filio: Reset your device to factory defaults and also format your SD card. You will lose all your data and settings on phone and SD card. So before executing this take a backup using kies.

I’ve got the Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830). I installed some apps from the market, and received this error:
SORRY
The application TwLauncher (process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly.
When i boot my phone, it keeps sending this same error message on my screen. I cannot type or move around the menu or settings..
Anyone with a fix for this ?? Tried a Hard reset (Volume dwn+ menu+ power)-- didnt do any good :(

@vince: Even I had similar experience and I ran out of patience all though i didnot waited for 1 hr! I just waited 10 min. I'll update my blog for the upgrade experience. Do check at http://tusharg.blogspot.com/2011/02/samsung-galaxy-ace-s5830.html

my iphone was lost :( and I've used this phone for 3week. honestly I think it's better than iPhone 3gs. the touch screen so smooth and it's has an andreno GPU. I can play PES 2011 without lag. Ace can play almost of HD games too! awesome!!!

-design: 3gs < ace
-albility: ace= 3gs
-OS: depend on you. which one will you chose? now I like android :)

can someone tell me how much time does it take to upgrade firmware using kies??? im done downloading the firmware and now im stuck in downloading firmware into the phone... i waited about an hour and still 0%... can someone please help me... T_T

The samsung galaxy ace lags a lot. I have had one for the past two weeks, and am disappointed by it.
