i ve read a lot about Ace and its battery.
is there anyone who uses this phone only in 2g?who long does the battery last if so?
is it possible to replace the battery with an 1500 mAh one?will it make any difference?

Just had a hands-on experience.
For those who wanna compare this droid with P500,Wildfire, please read my review.
I wrote this right after i had my hands-on experience with the Ace and Wildfire [I'm a P500 user]
Ace
Advantages
-Camera flash
-Faster Processor
-5MP Snapper
Disadvantages
-800Mhz for MSM7227 makes the battery life a bit... bad. At least worse than my P500
-Power key location is extremely inconvenient!!
-No auto arrangement in the App Menu
P500
Advantages
-Heap lots of RAM! [512MB]
-2.2 Froyo with 2.3 Gingerbread soon!
-1500mAh battery
Disadvantages
-Not that snappy compare to Ace
-No camera flash
-A bit heavy
Wildfire
Advantages
-HTCSense
-Browser Flash is supported
-5MP with flash
Disadvantages
-Screen res is BAD
-slow CPU and low RAM

how bwt the battery life? wave 2 is also good if it not only for bada.. if only ace have flash support... can we watch movies online here? how is its battery

[deleted post]hahaha! punitmanik you're mean but I like it! I wonder why so many people keeps on complaining on a phone's specification.. first of all, phone companies will NEVER make a PERFECT phone. That is their strategy to make a phone that has incomplete functions so we would try their other units.. of course even the costliest phone they have have disadvantages!

htc wildfire doesn't have gpu so would i be able to play end games on it what will be its effect on gaming experience

The specs are really impressive and I've almost decided to buy it ...but the only thing holding me back is the durability factor....What would the consequences be ..should the phone slip and drop..Is it delicate..??? or could you u count on it for rough usage??

Has any1 tried overclocking ace? coz I heard that what samsung did was overclocking the processor and hence it's 800mhz...thus no one dares to overclock the ace being afraid that it'll fry ur ace up.. @@

vb, 08 Apr 2011Hi To be frank there is 1500- 200o difference between the C... morelolXD..hd recording? almost all of us have digicams/videocams so its not big deal..and you dont need 8mp camera that is fixed focus, 5mp autofocus is even better..well if you dont have anything aside from the clothes you wear now, go for your c7..

vb, 08 Apr 2011Hi To be frank there is 1500- 200o difference between the C... more.. your specs are nice, but you forgot the most important things:
1) C7 is still slow -- 680 mhz (Ace is 800mhz)
2) C7 camera has no autofocus :(
3) C7 is Symbian, which means HEADACHE: the Ovi Store has very few free apps, the default web browser is very very slow, the UI is old as antique, and all web apps like chat or videocalls using fring are very laggy.
4) C7 has only 3 homescreens (Ace has 7).
5) C7 has NO ability to use LIVE WALLPAPER (Ace has).
6) C7 does not have Notifications Bar, so you have to dig settings for WIFI, BT in the Menu each time.
7) C7 doesnt have SWYPE, and typing on the old default keyboard is slow.
8) C7 doesnt have "gesture control", like swipe right to call, left to send sms, etc.
But I have to admit that I am a great fan of OVI Maps.
