Another famous problem is dead wifi (you cannot turn on wifi). But that is easily remedied by pressing *#*#526#*#*. Other that those 2 annoyances and the battery, this phone is an ace! :)

Good Day!, i just want to ask what is the use of many apps if your phone only has 800mhz?is it gonna freeze?,is the camera of ace better at night without led flash? Many users says it cannot handle more than 9 widget because it will be dead? Some says the design is like an iphone which is like a copy-cut that's why it is like a crap chinese phone?, Also, is this phone supports videocall?, do you have any phone to recommend? What about samsung wave II?

I went to sites like http://www.freewarelovers.com/android and downloaded the .apk files of all needed apps to my PC. then i transferred it to my phone thru Kies. and then i clicked the apk files in my phone and the apps got installed. i could save the data download charges also this way.

I had given my battery usage in 2 prev posts. i feel the battery is getting better after some charge cycles. I got 41 hrs battery life during last cycle and i have almost 15% battery left now. I had low voice call usage - 37 mins, and moderate other usage - display on for 2.5 hrs - i did a lot of browsing, maps and some games and apps.
I did have a look at wave 2, but didnt go for it bcos of BADA os. i think android is far better. u might not get the bada version of many interesting apps.

I thought this information would be useful to users. I have taken this from wikihow. I found it useful because i used to charge Li-ion batteries like Ni-cd, which now i know is wrong.
DO NOT fully discharge a lithium-ion battery! Unlike Ni-Cd batteries, lithium-ion batteries' life is shortened every time you fully discharge them. Instead, charge them when the battery meter shows one bar left. Lithium-ion batteries, like most rechargeable batteries, have a set number of charges in them.
