Not all the apps from Android market will work, due to the low resolution of Ace screen. If you want a phone that supports all the apps, you should get Galaxy SL i9003. That phone has 480 x 800... which is supported by all the android apps.

Will prefer t... more@yatin htc wildfire is a brilliant device but has a lot of problem regarding display..30% of d apps in android dont work coz of d low screen resolution..for more info regarding tis u can read d user reviews of wildfire in gsmarena..u can go for tis samsung device o u can also consider dell xcd35..

Dude, I would strongly recommend you to go for Nokia C7. It's really a good device with loads of features packed in.
If you would just go over to the Nokia C7's user opinions page, on gsmarena, you could see the response it's got from people.
It costs around 16.5k, real value for your money bro.

Hey Guys,
This wud be helpful to all. Let me tell u what kind of phone it is coz i have been using this since last two weeks very extensively.
Battery - If Gmail sync is off, brightness is min, GPRS is off then battery life is around 58 hrs. Muzic and phone calls consumes very less battery. Keeping ur Gmail sync ON & brightness high then it will run for 36 hrs. if u download stuff from market it will kill ur battery very fast & the run wud be reduced to 20 hrs. The battery consumed in WI-FI u better keep it off most of the time.
The phone is very handy the specification just matches Iphone-4, which is the best in terms of handling experience. The looks are just great many ppl commented this & i myself believe this.
Video Recording:- The quality is not that bad. obviously inferior to HD but its good.
Picture:- Picture quality is really gud thanks to great flash. Even in very dark it gives very gud quality pics i will share few later.
Music quality is great with various effects.
The precessor speed is really gud no hang nothing.
Also there are so many applications in the market to boost up ur RAM ur battery.
RAM is a drawback very less RAM

Yatinkumar, 10 Mar 2011I need to buy a cell.. Budget around 15K.. .. Will prefer t... moreI am not sure about Wildfire... but I have been an ardent fan of HTC WinMo devices, but 240x320 resolution sucks! Especially if you consider that there are not too many apps that support that resolution.
Also, if you are looking for a good / decent or even fair quality camera... leave out HTC ;). Its not their forte and they really don't care about it much!
The thing that made me curious about Wildfire was multi-touch support - guess what Ace also has multi-touch support (don't know why it was not publicized!.
Further it also works as a wifi hotspot (don't know if it is an integral part of Froyo / Android since this is my first Android device).
Its battery life is very poor - but I keep my google mail a/c always in sync - which may be the culprit... not sure.
Overall I am satisfied with device considering its price tag of INR 15K.
