There is no incoming call ring tone. I can see the screen light, but no sound. I have checked the volume setting, mute, and other relevant settings.
Anybody who has experienced this or having idea about this problem please help.

Hi, guys am preasently using this model, its simply too worst phone i have ever seen, firstly there has ROM & RAM probs, there has no space after updating any apps, neither has any solution to make it update, if its there then also it shows insufficiant memory. Guys I would like to suggest you to avoid this particular set model. Please check the other samsung sets also before buying. I am not sure samsung is justifing with their loyal customers...

Actually this cell iz nt good enough by comparing with samsung duos its such a bad cell.......it doesn't hav front camera, low ram, low internal memory , less android version and if we try solve thiz prob by rooting then company doesn't take response so u dnt hav too purchase fo this cell........itz jst waiste off money .......

settings /wireless and networks/ scrollup/ click mobile networks/click use packet data in tick box or untick.

Hey nice people , my phone shows it has 1 unread sms and when I open it it shows blank sms. just remains on home screen .I have deleted all inbox sms,s but this thing notification won't clear .Advise please .Thank s

its ok, having major problems with memory, it saves to the phone and cant change it to the sd card?? also its rejecting my txt messages and saying there is no memory space when its all clear!!!. nightmare nobody able to help, tech guys say its how this fone is????
