I hate this phone. All to often the phone locks up allowing the user to take no actions. Often the only way to overcome this is to remove the battery and restart the phone. Do not buy this product. My experience so bad I am considering not purchasing any Samsung cell phone ever again.

I bought this phone around early 2012, and until now it is still working well. the screen is still very good, the battery condition is 85%, very good hotspot. only slight defects in the body by being dropped several times ...

Samsung ace..its okay types..not upto the mark..internal mem is low..it shows the notifications inrernal mem is low all the tym..its a bit slow..it takes tym fo the contacts and message to open..rest all is fyn

simon- dude itz only the problem of ur data cable and not your phone.....try to change the data cable n connect via pc....it should work then.....i too had the same problem with my ace and when i changed the data cable it started working normally....i recommend using nokia phone's data cable cz it lastz for long tym! :) hope dis hav helped u out! :D good luck dude ...

i have this phone but unfortunately i cant access the computer with it.what should i do? it is always telling me that usb device is not recognized.
additionally, the internal memory is smaller than galaxy pocket and yet it is more expensive than galaxy pocket.this has made me to start loosing my trust in samsung which i believed since i was young.
