don't by this phone.this mobile is out-dated.Broadcom gpu is not good for gaming.Better go for sony or micromax or go for ace s5830. galxy ace s5830 has adreno gpu.you can update to ics via custom rom.But don't by this s5830i.Note the "i".

It is a good phone except camera.3.12mp camera in nokia is better than its 5mp camera.I have compared it.

Firstly about the GPU , it is amazingly good ( better than adreno 200) but samsung doesn't provide drivers for it so you won't be able to use it to the full capability when phone is unrooted . I have rooted my phone and temple run is a breeze.
Secondly , if the phone is handled with care with a battery saver app it gives 1 day charge at a bit above average usage.
Yes , it does have gorilla glass ( mine does )
The speed is good if you have a minimum of 10 mb left on internal memory after which it becomes a bit slow. RAM has never caused me any issues for the 4 months I have been using it.
Comparing to other phones some of my friends have , I can assure you it is better than HTC explorer and Wildfire. Xperia Tipo is quite bad too.Other small brands like micromax and intex offer better specs and quality.Nokia 603 offers better specs but the software isn't too good. Xperia E is definately better too. (if you dont mind the camera in these two phones)
The processor speed is good and keeps interface nice and cheesy and camera is great too.

Dont even think of getting this phone(s5830 has better harware, s5830i s&%^&), must be the worst samsung ever made, always lags, nvr ever used this phone without lag, unless u restart it for every use, gets stuck most times( have to remove battry. @#$% low battery.

Better buy galaxy y than this crap, or on my option xperia u is great, its lot better in case of performance n battry, only difference i felt is the 3.5 " screen + cam, funny to use same hardware specs with stupid gpu for ace n y, i thought s5830i have adreno 200(as like s5830), i would rate 3/10 for this phone.
