Hi Guys, just wanna share my experience for this phone. I got this one a month ago and it's performance is good but sometimes the sound is automatically disabled no sound at all. Solution: is to restart the system. I'm using 4G internet sim in this phone and I observe that every time it reconnect in 4G the sound is disaabled. Does any one here experienced the same as mine? Please reply if you got alternative solution. Thinking that it is a bug from samsung or the phone is not capable in taking 4G connectivity. Thank you in advance!

OK to correct my previous post the newest OS update has removed all the issues I have with loss of sound and I've now been using it for a month or so with no issues at all. Worth noting when left in standby the battery life on this phone is incredible. Went away for weekend and my girlfriends iphone 5s died in about a day but mine still had over 70% battery. It kept going for another 2-3 days after including regular texts before I had to charge and that wasn't even using the ultra low power saving mode. This is an excellent no frills handset

8gb internal storage 3.03gb consumed by O.S rest is available for usage and no proximity.

after using it for two days..
good about this phone
1.Super amoled display gives smooth touch experience
2.fast 4G connectivity
3.simple and delicate design with good volume
4.NFC
bad about this phone

My screen stopped responding just after a month I had this. i really liked it thou. It makes me sad cause I'll have to save of a next one.

Having massive issues with loss of sound with this phone. A restart, or factory reset fixes temporarily (less than 24 hours) but will fail again. Hass been sent to Samsung themselves twice and they just reinstalled OS and sent back but issue persists. Even had replacement issued by network at one point but had the same issue. AVOID until they have issues ironed out

Good spec. with a FATAL FLAW - no proximity sensor, when you make a call the screen locks, and needs double tap to unlock. BUT touching your face can be interpreted as a double tap, then everytime your face touches the screen, it acts as a keypad stroke - really poor design feature. AVOID THIS PHONE

1.Frequently loses audio ringtones, YouTube video.Solution Needs to be restarted.
2.connecting other devices to its WI-FI Hotspots most of the time failed.
3.Despite LTE facebook and Twitter gives connection problem.

Am very pleased with my Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 (my first Android smartphone). My previous (non-Android smartphone) was the Samsung Pixon M088.
