why no update after lollipop ! This is not reasonable at all samsung !!

    Don't buy it. A lot a of problem with the battery.

      i'm not sure people r complaining about the batt-life... i think the battery life is good enough...have 3-4Hrs screen on time and 14hrs stby ..whiches..seems good to me...and this phone still punch all game on playstore xD

I changed battery few months ago and it improved but sucks soo hard. 2 hours mobile data and 3 hours wifi on facebook at it's absolutely best. And on kitkat I could get easily 4 hours of light games. Dissapointing.

          mobile battery is killing that phone my battery only last for 30 min on mobile data and 1 h on wifi !!
          is there any any one having same problem ?
          did it fix after changing battery ?

                BELEIVE ME!
                This is the best ever phone i used since its launch. Battery is not great but good. I change high end phones regularly. But this one is always with me. Thanks Samsung for this Stuff.

                  Such an beautiful device. Samsung should have been gone with Alpha series. It must have been got seperate demographic.

The trashiest of the trashiest things in the whole world on lollipop. Very disapointing. Still thinking if I go with the s8. I thought I did something wrong. But no. This was the faith. Better luck next time.

                              I bought my Alpha last winter. It still had KitKat, so I immediately upgraded to lollipop. I really don't know how it would have run with KitKat, but it is horrible now. It bogs down constantly, so that I even have to restart the phone sometimes just to get it to work. I have two memory cleaning apps on the phone to try to keep it clear so it will work. And because this is the AT&T model, I cannot go back to KitKat because they have provided no way to do that, and so far there has not been a successful rooting method provided. I can't wait until I can get another phone. This is the worst one I've ever owned.
